The bigger the animation is after the initial hit the more minuscule they are after. That’s why big plus frame moves like dragunov running 2 become launch punishable because there’s a lot of animation after the initial hit
It basically makes the opponents move whiff. It can make you plus up to the point of being able to interrupt string you normally can’t and you can punish moves up to the point of even being able to launch depending on the animation
