In Tekken 7 it used to do 50 damage (out of 180) but later got nerfed to 45. Most normal throws do 40 damage, and most command grabs do a little more. That one is considered a command grab since it's only accessible from that stance.
I think they have made it as fast as Tekken 7. In the gameplay videos a few months ago, the game appeared to be 'slower'. It appears that it now has the same speed as Tekken 7. Huge disappointment.
