Jesus!!! That guys throw breaking was 100%!! And his low parrying was like 90%!!!! I’ve never ran into a player like that at that low of ranks. On top of that you would get way more damage for just blocking a few of those lows. Low parry doesn’t give much damage on this game.

It’s different when you’re just watching it but fighting a bot like that’s a different story. Your throws and lows are already nullified.
Good parrying skills, able to escape your grabs... outside of his inability to finish combos, I don't see any cheating from the Leroy player. Maybe your low attacks are easy to read?

You'd think with 100ms and 2 frames of rollback and delay frames that he'd be suffering. He isn't. Why? In the future, if you see 100+ ms ping, AND the bitch is forcing rollback AND delay frames...
