I think in a base, jun quiet strong character, but yes we need to explore a lot, mix it up and make an Adjustment as we go, I'm still in ganryu though.
I can tell you right now as a fellow Jun main, I find her to be gloriously disgusting. Even with the nerf, which is more of a correction for a move that should not have worked the way it did (ff3, 3+4).
I’m still learning her myself tbh lol. It’s taking me some time to get use to her stance transitions and playing neutral. I’ve been watching other high level Jun players and been pay attention on how they play her and it’s been helping me a bit.
