I wouldn't call it a "definite nod" just because it has orchestral elements. That's just a lazy and biased stretch when we have awesome tracks like "Duo Di Sirio" -T7 (I mean c'mon man really?) , "Anger of the Earth" -T6, "Snow Castle" -T5, and various other SC-esque songs across the Tekken series. Two of these games have released with Soul Calibur entries in between. HOWEVER, I will agree 100% that another Soul Calibur would be the bee's knee's!!!
@@royden9490 It’s so heroic and triumphant-sounding! It’s hard to not get at least a LITTLE riled up during gameplay, especially if you have a really exciting match on this stage. Makes you feel like you just fought a kaiju with your bare hands and won lmao.
triumphant + heroic. 0:20, that background techno noise. It feels like butterflies rising from my stomach to the chest, it fills me with excitement o_o
is it true that these are the lyrics? i find it hard to see: In the arena where legends rise, Under the watchful, ancient eyes, Battles echo through stone and time, In the Coliseum, fate’s design. Echoes of glory, whispers of fame, Each clash a part of the eternal game, Where warriors meet beneath the sky, In the Coliseum, spirits fly. Challengers brave, in combat unite, Their strength and resolve in the heart of the fight, With every strike and every cheer, The Coliseum stands ever clear. As the crowd roars with fervent might, The battles blaze into the night, In this grand stage where destinies entwine, Victory and honor are yours to define. In the arena where legends rise, The Coliseum’s legacy never dies, Under the ancient, watchful eyes, Where glory and battle eternally align.
This song isn't _bad_ , I really just thought after hearing the intro it would go harder. Like lead into something else that goes insane, similar to Tag 2's "IT'S NOT A TUNA!".
