One thing to note about heat mode for Yoshi, his health stealing moves consume heat, but they *don't* consume heat if you use them in No Sword Stance. NSS is so important for Yoshi
Seeing that Yoshi gained from the Calibur treatment warms my heart as a main of this crazy guy. I just wished they kept the follow-up for Chakram from SC6, that slam-dunk flowering crescent that can hit both back and front (and it give ground bounce for follow-up potential) would be so lush. They made Yoshi faster, more lethal and trickier than ever, and im all for it. Now: time to learn how to Dib-Dab my opponents with Flea. XD
Looking at Tekken from the outside as someone who wants to get into the series, Yoshimitsu looks the most fun and varied character, goofy too. And I can definitely fw that
@@zubair1149 played well he's unpredictable and difficult to fight against. Conversely he also has a lot of moves and many many ways to string them together. If you do get into this game and him, it's a lengthy learning process and a bit of a personal journey to improve in something I've always struggled with
Red Spider Lily is also great out of heat because it has plus frames. Either opponents have to duck or respect it. I think that should have been mentioned because most Yoshi players use it out of heat as well.
While I haven't played tekken for a long time now, it's good to see yoshi hasn't changed that much. But taking him one step further and giving him moves from soul caliber 6... His combo potential is ridiculous XD
Awesome to see him get a tutorial. 2 questions though: 1. Is it still helpful to go through your tekken 7 yoshi tutorial video for tekken 8 yoshi? 2. Is it just me or has there been more yoshi players in ranked than in tekken 7?
I really think you should totally skip tekken 7 yoshi video's if you are starting out. He is full of new tools that make him super accessible to new players in 8.
Aris Code Name and Eye Musician best guys around. Oh BTW it's not healthy but i miss Aris Tekken Tag 2 Rage. Aris: I know you like that!! Aris: Give that leg 2x ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zbsbcKfqtSQ.htmlsi=uQf4jt-0QQdqc2Xa lol
This is one of the best videos For 1 simple point.... You actually show the buttons to press with each move clip THANK YOU!!!! Most of us are casuals and seen the moves but have no clue how to do them or what they're called to look them up Great video great job Hope you do more like this
i was afraid that having all the character i used to play (Ganryu, Lei and Miguel) taken away from me was gonna be a detriment to my enjoyment of this game , who would've thought that the character I've never played but always wanted was going to give me so much fun
Ayyyy, time for Arya to teach me how to play my main. EDIT: Aight I was kinda joking, but I did learn more about how I should explore Kincho. Been relying mostly on Dragonfly and NSS.
@ThatBlastedSalami Manji Backfist f2 on CH still gives a launcher with f2,1 its an instent tornado move which you can still combo with, dangerous cause its a high high but still gives a combo, Amazing overview nevertheless.
Mentioned throughout the video. Though a few that I picked up are: Kai en no mai (tekken 5) Yoshimitsu arcade ver (tekken 3) And one from tekken 4 (no eyes, no ears and so on. I forgot the name).
My rule of thumb when fighting a good Yoshi player: When you have the advantage, you don't have the advantage. Be patient and bait out his turn stealing moves.
How to play against Yoshimitsu: Teabag when you land a combo. Teabag when you win. Don't rematch. This will remind them that playing BS goes both ways.
