Fun fact: This game had some pretty rare intros for when specific characters fought each other in ghost battle. One example is Miguel fighting Jin, as Miguel screams at Jin before the fight: "This hatred I bear is for you and you alone!" or when Kazuya fights Jin. There might be a few more too.
So refreshing yet sad to see what we lost in Tekken 7. At least you could finally select the remaining win poses with LP+RP, LK+RK, LP+LK, and RP+RK in this game.

@@noecases5940 he wasn't always the director. He was nobody until Tekken 4. The old directors were Seichi Ishii (creator of Tekken) ;T1,T2 Masamichi Abe T3, Masahiro Kimoto, Yuichi Yonemori T4-T5. No wonder Tekken 4 sucked so much.
I still think that most of the TEKKEN 6 character models are the most accurate to the CG Renders, It just sucks that the engine those models were made with is outdated.

I really enjoy characters speaking their native language. Some say that this dubbing was better for some characters (an example is Christie), but I want to hear them speaking their language and with the proper accent!! (Steve, hear his brit accent!!!). But I do miss all the different intros, Tekken 7 got lazy.
This might just be me, but on watching these again, I feel like Tekken 5's character models has aged way better than Tekken 6's models did. Something about all their faces that just seems really off to me.
No i think the same thing. I still play Tekken 5 more that 6, Tag 2 and 7 and everything is better. Stories are better, stages too and the gameplay is not so combocentered like in 6 and tag 2. Tekken 7 stories are shit and it lack many storical characters like Bruce, Wang, Baek and others are dlc so i don't like it much, gameplay is better than 6 and tag 2, but i still prefer 5.
I've been playing Tekken 6 and 7 for comparison and Tekken 6 is 9/10. Tekken 7 4/10. got rid of most of the offline modes and the characters endings are completely random and non canon. But Tekken 6 was such a unique game. The reason I'm giving it 9 and not 10 is cuz people get up really slow. And it has dumb bosses. And scenario campaign is a little overfilled with enemies. But apart from that it's a great game
What do you expect? Tekken 7 has lower budgets due to Tag 2 being a commercial failure. Tag 2 almost killed the game series. At least appreciate them with the little money they have left.
Roger Jr, Kuma, Panda and Jack 6 used the Tekken 6 in-game model for Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Jack still does it to this day. Look closely. Jack only hot different textures. I hope that e erybody will get a new model. It would be nice if they could look as close as possible in their cgi renders.
Its cool how Tekken managed to have AWESOME Ideas for a Game Years ago and then Nowadays Remove em Good Ideas OUT, Tekken 6 was the Shit even without Rage Art. This STORY was MORE Interesting
The announcer's loud as shit while the characters are super quiet. When the music is on you can barely hear them at all. The audio mixing in Tekken 6 was so bad.
