Ill review my Tektronix and GW Power Supplies. I’ll explain the series, parallel, tracking, and independent modes of operation. I’ll the run through some testing to demonstrate operation and how to make connections. I’ll then pop the hoods and take a look inside.

Great and wary interesting video as always!! I am surprised that they are so tightly packed, I thought that it would give problems with heat and stability? EDIT: By the way, I hope that it is okay that I have made a shoutout about you channel on EEVblog's channel?

Fried Mule thank you - I really appreciate your support! I was surprised to see as much Electrolytics as well. I think that might be why the fans pull instead of push - or maybe that doesn’t matter...? Thanks so much for the shout out - I love that channel!

I think the Tektronix PS2511G has arrow buttons to control volts and current instead of the pot

Those Linear power supplies are Sex on a bench. I scored a pair of used GW Instek 3020 models with the analog panel meters in flawless near mint condition for only 40 bucks a piece a few weeks ago.I have them sitting on my work bench surrounded by a number of Agilent Keysight , E3631a, an E3648a, a couple of HP/Agilent/Keysight 6038a,6033a,6626a,6627a,6624a System power supplies and the GW Insteks aren't feeling even a bit intimidated by the much more expensive big boys on the block..they are solid , well built precision instruments and I have found the fan noise to be rather pleasant because it makes me feel like I'm getting something done and drowns out the noise of my girlfriend complaining about whatever it is she complains about ..lol. Once upon a time i was a content creator. I spent countless hours creating how to car audio type videos but went mia back in 2013 and have not returned yet. Anyway, I just want to say, I can see the time and effort you put into this video and I just want to say I think you did a great job on it. I could immediately tell that you are someone who cares. You have earned yourself a new subscriber and I'm looking forward to future content.
