I have an offer from TP. The pay would be higher than what my future colleagues earn (due to my language skills apparently) but I was unable to make a decision until I saw your video. My finances are stable atm and I'm not in a rush to get a new job. Plus, I worked in a call center as a teenager, yeaars ago, and I just can't imagine going through this hell ever again. Thank you for this review.

The TP gig I'm working right now pays 14.50 an hour. It's pretty dope, I talk to doctors all day.

Exactly…i worked for turkish airlines …u cant ..its not possible to work there for a long time ,..amd peopledont .every 3 months u have new parts coming and going ..it is designed that way sopeople come and go ..u get bored after a while

I’ve read quite a lot of reviews online about this company and the majority seem to agree about unhealthy work environment. I guess there could be many people thinking it would be a walk in the park - therefore when failing, expressing their dissatisfaction online. I hope it’s not as harsh as I’ve read about it tho =D informative video.

It depends on the campaign/client you’re assigned to. Some clients are more difficult to work for than others

This is work for people living in a 3rd world country, or a bridge for a month when you are between jobs. You can make more working at Walmart, or in the fast food industry. They essentially created middle men to provide customer service. If you worked directly for a company and cut out TCP, you would make about 50% more money. It's like buying a car directly from Tesla, vs buying it at a dealership that has overhead.

Hi, it seems that I'm about to get fired from my current role which is also a remote call center job but with a different outsourcing company, very similar to teleperformance from what I understand. The allegation is potential call avoidance. I've been in the job for a year and a half now. I was watching this review to see if it's worth considering the teleperformance company. It seems like it may not be a great option for me, starting with call center work all over again. However I'm thinking they might seek reference from previous call center should I decide to apply which might cause issues.

Teleperformance has horrible benefits. No paid days off. Try and take off for vacation you are always denied by the Philippines. The list goes on and on!

Wow, thanks for the heads up. The pay offered were abysmal too, 8 hours 5 days a week for 1.2k a month before taxes in 2023, that's in a upper medium living cost country.
