Some Americans say phone numbers the way you said we do not say them as combining the numbers especially on the 4 digits at the end of their 1-800 numbers they might say 4918 as forty nine eighteen instead of four nine one eight

I lived in Santiago for many years... Saludos To me, the word "quadruple" would sound weird. I would say Double OH, Double OH.... OR OH, Triple OH. There is no real fixed rule for this - If you said quadruple, people would still understand but it is not normal at all.
There are not always said individually because there's this one number that we say as a full number in the UK and that is 0800 which is always said as Oh Eight Hundred and never Oh Eight Oh Oh
Ok so here in India we don’t have area code we only have country code and then 10 digit so it’s like +91XXXXXXXXXX before any 10digits phone number we put +91 which allow us to call India from another country and if we make local calls then we put (0) before phone number
There is this local radio station near where I live called heart 96.6 and the number for it is 01923 205496 and the djs on there always say 01923 as oh one two three which is the Watford area code and then 205496 is always said as twenty fifty four ninety six, I have never ever heard them say it as two oh five four nine six.
