⏩Ingredients (10 to 16 Pieces):
1 kg of all-purpose flour or strong flour (Bread flour) or a combination of APF and BF.
14 g of dry bakery yeast (4 1/2 tsp or 1 1/4 tbsp).
20 gr of Salt (1 Tbsp).
25 gr of Sugar (2 Tbsp).
16 gr of Oil/Lard or Butter (2 Tbsp).
600 to 640 ml of warm water (2 1/2 Cups +/- 4 Tbsp).
⏩Tips and recommendations:
1. For this bread you can use all-purpose wheat flour, strong flour or combine all-purpose wheat flour with strong flour, the difference is that with strong flour or combining the two flours the kneading process will cost you less work. If your flour is less than 10% protein you can add 1 tsp of apple or white vinegar, that will help make your dough more elastic.
