Hello, do you have some guidance on how to remove runners? Mine were fitted on an unsuitable location and I would like to move their position in the oven, but I don't know how to remove them...it doesn't seem as easy as putting them in! Thanks in advance. Model - hotpoint built-under double oven

I recently purchased a Hotpoint FA4S544IXH oven and although the included instructions give guidance on how to fit the telescopic runners there were none in the packaging, are the runners supposed to be provided??

What is the part number of the telescopic runners shown in your video? I have a DD2540WH oven and your parts department tell me that there are no telescopic runners available. The runner shown in your video would likely fit my oven as the inner clip is not at the very end.

Hi Michael I've had a look into this for you and unfortunately we don't have telescopic runners for your model...We do however sell Shelf Supports as shown on the diagram schematics parts.hotpoint.co.uk/category/model_DD2540WH?search=1 The ones shown in the video are directly for that model, but i will try and source a pair of universal ones to see what will match your model. Thank you Ryan
