Hi Telus, I have a concern. I’ve had two technicians come out to my home. They’ve installed the new equipment for wifi6 and pure fibre x 3G. It says you can get up to 3000 mbps. Well previously I was on Telus 1G and got 940mbps download and upload. When the technicians came to my home they hooked everything up but the direct connection to the modem is not providing 3000mbps. They also said that the Telus modems, wifi hubs, even direct connections to the ports will not give you 3G speeds they max out at 940mbps. They said they 3G will only support additional device at 940mbps. This is very odd since I know In the states they are at 10G +. Can you please clarify and inform the correct people as this is misleading customers.
