Y’all be bullshittin in these comments. There’s been fights in women’s basketball for years now. The men just had people come from the bench to fight. Being passionate and arguing happens. It makes the game better because you know they really want that win. Keep that soft shit somewhere else.

I see a definite trend with women's sports. They're acting more like the men with the pushing, shoving, taunting, etc. I'm not judging . . . just acknowledging the obvious. To their credit, the women used to largely refrain from this type of behavior (and rightfully so).

Hockey rules in basketball will make the games much better, beat the shit out of each other because self-control is a thing of the past and inflicting violence is the new normal life. Back in the day if you acted like that you were bench shunned and just shamed for bringing that type of behavior to your team.

This is becoming " normal" behavior in women's basketball. It's happening more and more.. you never saw it years ago. Lack of self control is being welcomed , maybe even coached. Not good ...not good at all!

So NO it's not a double standard when the women are becoming more aggressive and lack of self control. It's a double standarded when women are applauded for being " aggressive" and physical skirmishes break out. .

@LOUD MF you accepting it is the problem...it was minimal in woman's ball. .... thats the problem. And you accepting the behavior is why basketball isn't basketball anymore ...its non stop yapping, trash talk ..flexing and mugging in players faces which makes the game about the individual player ..not about the team .....and it's complete GARBAGE !!!! AAU is what started this street ball mentality .
