First of all seeing a Vietnamese member in this group is making me so happy and proud even though I did nothing to contribute to his debut but still, it makes me super happy since I am half Vietnamese myself.
Regarding the song, I was not expecting it to be so lively and so bright because of the name of the group lol I somehow envisioned a darker more intense concept and so this was a great surprise!
It was a great balance between badass but make it cute and young! So I guess I would maybe say they're relatives to Block B kin of when it comes to music because they do a mix of great hip hop but make it bright and playful which I'm a big fan of. I did really enjoy this actually! I don't think it is super memorable but it is only a debut so they will have more opportunities in the future to showcase more of their skills etc. I would love to hear more vocals in the future since it looks like they focused on the catchiness of the song and the raps more than the vocals this time! But it was great enough for me to be wanting more if that makes sense so I'll definitely keep an eye on them in the future!

It’s so great to see Hanbin. I loved him during I-land and the fact that he went from the leader of an amazing cover group team to now debuting in a real Kpop group is so incredible!!! I’m also really to see some Vietnamese representation in Kpop, hopefully more Vietnamese and other South East Asians get to debut in Kpop.

I really like the fact how YueHua was so smart to not go with he current flow. Tempest‘s debut song was really a fresh start of their career and also a fresh contribution within the K-Pop world. :) You should check out their album as well. All songs are really good, especially their b-side track „Just a little bit“. :D

As you said, Hanbin was on i-land, and then for the two members you said you knew, are LEW(also known as euiwoong, he's the leader), and Hyeongseop, they participated in pd101 season 2! As for another member that might be known to some, is HWARANG(Jaewon, he has the white-ish hair) , he participated in the mbc survival show under19!

There is one girl who debuted last September but the group is so nugu nobody notice them. Her name is Tram Anh and the group is Beauty Box. Their debut song is Rat-A-Tat and they are still active. So she is the first but Hanbin is the first male Kpop idol. Vietnam now has two Kpop idols.

I completely agree! When I found out Mark is Canadian my heart burst with pride. I also knew LEW (Eui-woong) and Hyeongseop prior to Tempest. I remember LEW from an episode of Hello Counselor and his duet with Hyeongseop - think it's called Colour Tint. Can't wait to see more of them!

Actually there is another Vietnamese KPop idol, ANH of a girl group called Beauty Box. Anyway, I admire Tempest for debuting with bright concept. The song is catchy, reminds me of older generations of KPop. And they're charismatic too. Very great performers.

Hanbin is not really the first Vietnamese trainee that debut in a Kpop idol group in Korea. There is a girl named 안(Anh) had debuted as a member of a Kpop girl group called Beauty Box but unfortunately from a nugu company then most people may not know 'bout them. Their title Rat a Tat is a fresh and funny song to listen to. May be u should check it out then 😝
