Making of my 5th full set ball jointed doll - "Turkawka". It is one of a kind doll, original artist BJD. Everything You see in this video is made by me.
This time I combined traditional Polish and Eastern European folklore with today's haute couture fashion. This full set comes with 2 outfits, 2 wigs and 2 pairs of eyes, so... You can style this girl as You wish!

Hello, I'm Marta Żary, creator of Tempest Doll - original ball jointed dolls. My dolls are made of resin, with very limited quantity. Every single one is unique and one of a kind, made entirely by me. These dolls are meant for collectors and art enthusiasts. You can pose and style them however You like.

I was mainly inspired by traditional Polish costumes, but many elements of traditional clothing are shared between Eastern European countries. They are not the same, but I mean the general idea, style. So if You see Ukrainian vibe here, that is correct too :>

But if You are asking for blank dolls that You can personalize Yourself, then yes, I am planning to have those available this year if everything goes right. also, has anyone ever tried finding 'hollow' eyes and placing a small light inside the head to get a 'glow from within' kind of aesthetic?

I thought of that for a long time, I'm no electrician tho, so I couldn't do it yet. Of course You could just put little fairy lights inside the head, but there would be a cord and battery sticking out (not very cool looking). But maybe some day I'll figure out a way, because it would be scary awesome!

@@TempestDoll unless you can find a tiny battery, wind the cords around it, and somehow fit it inside the Hollow part of the skull. But overall, I can see how it'd be nearly impossible to pull off, sadly

I'm Polish(Mainly)/Eastern European and omg, seeing our traditional clothing designs on her is sooo beautiful and made me very happy since our cultural clothes don't get much recognition!!

Też jestem z Polski i zgadzam się w pełni, że nasz folklor niestety nie jest doceniany w świecie, a szkoda, bo jest to coś naprawdę wyjątkowego! W sumie nawet my sami jakoś też go pomijamy, nawet ja dopiero od niedawna się w to zaczęłam zagłębiać lol ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)
