Tempest PvP Build For Low-Mid Reso Players 

In this video I showcase my PvP build for low to mid reso players. I have been running this build since the first update post the introduction of the Tempest class when Stormfury was adjusted from 400% buff to its correct 40%. This is what I feel is the best build to help your team secure the W. There is a higher skill gap with this build but once you figure it out, it can be extremely potent.
