No beer reviews this time, just a quick impression of the world famous and lively "Temple Bar" in Dublin's vibrant entertainment quarter with the same name.
A Dublin institution that dates back to 1840, the Temple Bar is a traditional pub offering a good showcase of Irish culture. The pub hosts daily live music sessions, alongside over 450 different kinds of whiskeys-making up Ireland’s largest whisky collection. Relax with a drink, and take a photo with the bronze James Joyce statue. The bar can get very crowded; visit on weekdays for a more peaceful experience, or before 9.30 p.m. to snag a good table. Get to the bar via the hop-on-hop-off bus, learn more on a tour with a private guide, or join a pub crawl
