Well, the whole game is a game of chance. Even in other events or even in Arena Like yesterday, I joined an Adventure. Fought some 60-level team, lost so badly I couldn't believe (they annihilated my team, and I couldn't even kill 1 of them). Without changing ANYTHING, I just clicked BATTLE again and wiped the floor with them (both fights in Auto mode). This time, not a single character from my team died or was close to dying It is all a coin toss. But you are right. This event is a greedy money grab on the part of the developers

@@dedaherowars You should have seen me winning 170 without buffs. I didn't count but no less than 100 games. Not even close! Not even once was I left with the horse-guy 1-on-1. But then, out of nowhere, I killed them off without losing a single character (still have the screenshot). So dumb!

@@Alexsandr-l8k yeah, I've had those battles. Hit 'battle' on auto, lose. Hit 'battle' a second time (no changes) win... The rng needs to be turned way, way down...

Yes, nobody knows the exact formula. Everyone in RU-vid talked about probabilities. The only way to increase the luckiness or to cut crazy time spending is using more buffs. The buffs is the key to success.

do you have vacation or something, who the fuck tries 4000 times to beat 1 boss. i'm now on 50 buff and i get tired of it.. shitty reward of 1000 emeralds is not word to spend 1 hour on

on main acc i spend ~18$+15$ and will get max reward(totem) and also hope will get Lara max 6 star. I play from start with best stratage and w8 for second week event to do my main moves. and get also some gifts from guild, coz lot of mates also buy something.

@@dedaherowars Thanks for the reply. I just couldn't believe they were trying to sell a stacked version of her for $199 along with many other add ons. I have her at 5 stars without spending a penny. Agreed. It can be done with a decent strategy. Keep up the good work. I like the game but stopped spending a penny when they stiffed me on a 4x free gem mission I signed up for and refused to give(128,200 emeralds). But in the end I found Raid Shadow legends which is also decent, and I just slow down and don't make a rush in Hero Wars.

not every time buffs make your team stronger. Need to have good random and timing. i didn't calc so much buffs for this level(

teams with big buffs works other way. this is the main problem.

I use 2 hours from 15 buff increased to 25.

Don't worry ,more patient you also use 25 buff from start . I think is is a magical stage, and don't know if Ghost king and healer is necessary condition if Lara want use this saint skill.

it will be easy now, but then your buffs will finish and it can be a little problem to got for max then.

@@dedaherowars Team/hero level does not matter, regular skins do not matter, but there are definitely differences with things like winter skins, probably at least some limited release skins, Wisdom tree, Ascension level for specific heros used. I have proven this by looking at survival time for Rufus before and after Ascension/Wisdom tree improvements. Rufus in particular is sensitive because his base armor is terrible. A winter skin or the +2K armor from L19 Wisdom plus 1st stage Ascension converts 100% dead in 30 seconds in 100 tries, to about 15% survival. This is the difference between basically impossible vs, doable with many tries.

And in line with this - I also wonder how much impact the "extra bonus" Lara skins effect is. If it really is doubling skin effects - that also would affect results significantly for people with these expensive Pay2Win purchases vs. those without.
