Not only is this the best for temporary locs, this is the method I need to use on my locs to extend them and it was simple easy to the point. No gatekeeping, thank you. I will be doing this in the next few weeks preparing for summer. I am gonna add my own twist, give credit and post to show my take, and this is the color I want, it came out gorgeous! Thank you sooooo much beautiful!
Omg this looks so amazing!! I have bulk human hair too and was wondering which style of goddess locs to do. How long would you say this hairstyle could last? Like what’s the max length (weeks/months) you think someone could push this hairstyle to? Also, if someone wanted to ‘retwist’ their roots to refresh the style how would you recommend doing this? Maybe unraveling the loose hair at the root and then actually retwisting that hair around the new growth? Or maybe just using a small piece of some Marley hair/spring twist at the root - but this would defeat the purpose of this being an all human hair look I guess? Hmmm
Thank you :) It starts to look messy a month in and I was scared of my hair locing up with the extensions so I took them out and installed them again for another month. It can last as long as you want but the longer you leave them in, the harder it might be to take out
I've done locs this size on myself a lot of times so I just know; But you can just follow a standard braiding pattern for whichever size you want to do (for example smedium chart shows a total of 73 pin.it/6PkcrAu) and then just make sure you have the same number of parts for the locs you make.:)
My hair starts to loc up with the extensions after a month because I wash my hair every week, so I just unravel the roots and re-wrap. You can leave them in as long as you want but it might just be harder to take out.
