Tony operates out of intentional ignorance however the Business News operates out of FUD especially when it comes to Tesla. The sheer amount of compute Tesla is building should be the yellow brick road to Tesla’s future. A “Car Company” doesn’t spend 10’s of Billions on compute. However, while Tesla has the potential to do extremely well, Tesla has to execute in 2024 and in each of the next 5 to 10 years.

@@georgem5589 ANY analyst who has been throwing out stock price calls for a meaningful amount of time will have been WRONG quite a few times. Probabilities exist and short term guesswork is never close to perfect with a decent number of data points.

That is true but what about people who bought into this websites advice 3 years ago when stock was at $400? How has that been looking for them? Anyway I am a long term holder so have to be optimistic about all the "coming soon" products as my ASP is around $225. Not a great investment over the last 4 years.

Tesla has been outranking even NASA with recruiting top class engineers out of college over the years. The information is available online. They put it out yearly.

I don't expect fsd and a significant contribution for the teslabot this year. I drive a tesla and there are lots of small glitches with phantom braking, missing speed limit changes etc. That doesn't change my view that the company/Elon is extremely competent and forward thinking, they have so many interesting projects going on, and the rapid progress on all fronts.
We need earnings increases, not just price target increases, otherwise it's just p/e expansion. The stock is currently at 78x next year's estimate, which isn't cheap by any metric.

Model 3 owner since early March of 2020. I’ve tried FSD over the years including the free 30 day trial of 12.3.6 and it’s made a huge improvement but still does some wonky stuff. I would love to try the 12.4 or better version eventually. Tesla will get there but it just depends on the rate of improvements. The stock will go vertical once they have the first robotaxi approval.

I started buying Tesla in 2021 , I currently have a little over 500 shares , I have been down for years . This week I hit green after 3 years of consistent investing. Long term time horizons are key to not losing your shirt from someone who was down 60% at one point

i started buying early 2020 when i first started earning income. got lucky and only bought the lows, got an average price around 200. i listened to you and did my own research and agreed it was best to buy and hold. I stayed tough and bought more and refused to sell while down several thousand. So i followed your advice and boom, sure enough now im up massively and will continue to hold and buy. I have been watching your channel since the start and give you a lot of credit for your intgretity and putting your money where your mouth is. I processed the other day you are so adimate about this opportunity because you are well set up to become a multi deca billionaire by the end of things. I wouldn't be supprised if that happens.

They have more autonomous vehicles on the road today than any other company, and these vehicles were bought and paid for by customers so Tesla hasn't lost money on any of these. They just don't claim that these vehicles are fully autonomous because even though they drive better than any competitor, they still aren't perfect. The competitor AVs are not fit to drive on public roads, yet they already do. If you are afraid that Tesla's AVs will be rejected by regulators, consider that Tesla's solution currently already works better than competitors and competitors weren't rejected. When Tesla finally decides to do it, all competitors will be immediately obsoleted.
You know, Tesla has made an electric car (actually many cars) better than all the other car companies (Lucy would perhaps protest this), so it should be fair to say that Tesla is more than a car company. They got the electronics right, they produce smarter with their AI, and they can make programs/apps better than most ... to mention a bit. I did this Monday. Bought some stocks in an investment company that has increased its holding of tsla in Q1. But as long as they don't do something stupid (like rebalance fund if stock goes up) it will be ok. Hey, the market is smarter than me. I hope I get lucky and the fund increased holding in Q2 like I did. But relying on luck and hope usually doesn't pay well in investing does it? Hoping to pay tax (means made profit😅). Mind you I'm trying to pay tax later.

I wish I had invested more earlier; but, I keep buying when I can. My average buy in is $99.40/share. I'm up 164.76% as of now. Even at the low this year I was still up about 40%. I keep telling people I know to buy and hold. Only one actually bought. But, they sold theirs already... I'm sure they'll think of me in a 5 years when it has 10x from here.

Having just watched the Jon Stewart show's first episode following the Musk-Biden "debate", when I saw the "Eyes Wide Shut" title of this episode I thought it was going to be your commentary about the Democrat party's response to that same event. Weird. He's never done that before. 🤣
Musk is honed in on AI and will absolutely be a leader in that space. Considering the unusual optimism and growth potential of AI technologies, I think pricing in high growth within the next 5 years in the non-automotive part of Tesla's business is clearly where the current price can be justified. Until Tesla releases how they might have a SaaS model with 80% margins on millions of robotaxis, I'm not going to hold my bet on a $2500 price target. Bears like this guy have a purpose though. Without them, we would see a bubble and that would not be good. Someone has to ground the crazies.
this guy seems robotic with no creativity, he would be a great money market advisor. tesla way overvalued as just a car company many-times GM market cap, lucky for long term investers we know better, i try to get coworkers and even my brother to invest and they have dismissive reactions,they chuckle elon bad and electric cars are pos that dont run in cold weather. i will never underestimate propaganda, i route for elon to succeed, the entire country should be backing this guy imo.

I would give Tony about 3 year before Optimus launches TSLA price into orbit like a Falcon 9 Rocket. RoboTaxi may or may not happen before that but has 1/5 the potential of Optimus. Yes having a clear path to EPS is important when it comes to stock price. As these two products get very close to mass production into the market, that path will become clear.
