Es muy bonita la manera como los señores del Japón preparan cada plato la gastronomía es muy rica en muchos aspectos y desde hace varios días me he dado un maratón de varios canales de este tipo de contenido lo que verdaderamente no me ha gustado no tiene nada que ver con las comidas es la mala práctica que cada restaurante , y a su vez sus chefs y personal de cocina tiene gastan excesivamente el AGUA‼️ es demasiada el agua que desperdician para preparar más que todo los fideos para él udon que ellos llaman pueda ser que en algún momento cambien esa mala forma de mal gastar el recurso más importante de la tierra saludos desde Medellín

店構えもロケーションも最高ですね！こういうお店で食べたら、美味しいお蕎麦がより一層美味しく感じられそう。 厨房も綺麗で職人さんもテキパキ。繁盛店なのも納得ですね。

お店の入り口までのアプローチがいいですね。素敵✨

This kitchen is huge. So is the dinning room.

This guy MILLS HIS OWN FLOUR to make Soba every morning, yet in the U.S., we have crybaby millennial chefs and cooks crying like little girls because the prep crew didn't get to everything and cooks have to actually do some prep, or no one sous vide cooked half the protein ahead of time so it was easy to finish or maybe a $10K-$20K piece of equipment broke down so they have to actually figure out how to do it old school!, which never happens anyways since they are usually late to work because they were talking to their therapist or their tattoo appointment ran long!!!!!
