I tried the proadapt medium for 17 days which I felt was just to firm. I weight 253 lbs and after reading some reviews which said if your on the heavy side 230 to 250 lbs or more to try the proadapt hybrid. It's like daylight and dark difference, l love it, the springs conform much better to my body. The medium I sank down to the firm foam and that was it, and the firm foam did not conform to me it was just to firm. Now I sink down to the firm foam and the springs below cushion me much better. When I go to sleep I don't toss and turn and I sleep on my back but I can also sleep on my side. All I know is when I wake up in the morning I don't want to leave my bed, makes it hard to finally get up. I love this mattress. I'm 75 years old man and i am connoisseur of fine sleep, i sleep alone on a queen size mattress. I rate this mattress a 5 star.

It sure is,you will not turn over.you have to break it in,meaning waiting at least 30 days for true comfort ,I couldn't wait so switched to the soft pro adapt.
