Thank you! I'm 60 and not cool with the layering 25 products on top of each other. I do a version of what you do... cream products only!... but I struggle with eyeshadow. Also, I'm farsighted so can't see in the mirror real great no matter the magnification, but I feel like I could do this! Thank you thank you for the tips. You WERE full of them 😀
Hey pretty lady🌸!! You have such great skin. Thank you for this! Wow girl your eyes are poppin!! Great look. Dang, you can use those stencils!! I have those and couldn't get it right, it was hilarious.🤣🤣 Gorgeous. Thank you so much for this Jenn! This was fun, big loves 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
Hi Jenn, thank you so much for this video! I learned alot, I'm 48 and never learned much about makeup. I love your channel and I love watching the temu hauls! You're Beautiful
I like wearing my lashes on the underside lol I did try it several times on the top which I edited out 🤣 Still had problems but it probably would take me some practice. These seem like the glue was on both sides though. 🤔
Oh my word, girl!! I would have never guessed you at 50! You have beautiful skin and you are so young looking! You are beautiful inside and out! Love your channel, thanks for sharing with us!❤❤
When you said you’re turning 51, I was shocked. I honestly thought you were in your 30’s. You have such a beautiful youthful face. Keep on doing what you’re doing, it’s working👍🏻👍🏻😊
Hello my friend I just came across your channel and I am hooked I've been binge watching all your videos I'm addicted to temu it's been over here for a year some of thier stuff is OK but some not so the clothes you must size up in anyways I am Welsh I live in Swansea South Wales GB I have subscribed to your channel bestwishes from Swansea
I'm so glad you did this video Jenn. The only link I would like to have is the eyebrow/hairline powder. This was so fun and I appreciate your tip and tricks. You look fabulous!
I was just able to finish watching this. Ido and if I may say, for someone who doesn’t wear makeup unless you’re going somewhere, you sure did an awesome job and you really do have a nice complexion even without makeup but however, with the makeup your eyes really do pop and you just look more prettier. But always know, you’re always very pretty no matter what. God bless you and the kitties and have a great evening. Hugs, Sue M. Florida ❤️😘🙏👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻🥰😺😺❌⭕️
Hi, Jenn. I found your channel via Laura and am so happy I did. I was shocked when you said you are 50!! Thought you were in your thirties, lol. Thank you for reviewing the Temu makeup, I have purchased some items and been happy for the most part. Have a great day! P.S. love your 👓
Great GRWM video! I bought the ones from Temu and just said: “Forget it “ I order tons from Amazon… so I will definitely order the lashes. Love the way your makeup looks. Stay Safe and Well. Namaste 🕉️
wow Jen i would never have guessed you're going to be 51 i honestly thought you was in your 30is you look amazing. anyway great tutorial i always struggle with contouring and where to put blusher, super excited for the wig guide xx
Jenn i hope you see the beauty of yourself inside and out. I have very dry skin right now and I'm lost on what to do for foundation. Powdered blush is all i use on my cheeks. My face is gross by the end of the day, wrinkle city! Just so dry and shows everything on my face by the end of the day. My skin has changed at age 57 and I'm stuck. Now I'm going to start you over and hopefully learn something! I'm not a heavy makeup user, i have tried layering but it just makes it worse. I need change. Now I'm going to start you over and learn something! I don't even own an eyeshadow, i used to do my eyes so pretty when i was younger now i don't even know what to do lol.
Thank you so much for the comment !! I'd highly recommend using all cream products! No powder! ❤️ I've been doing it for about 3 years now. I very rarely wear eyeshadow.. this was the first time I've put eyeshadow on in months 🤣
Try Estée Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturizing foundation. It’s a light to medium coverage foundation. It’s pricier at $54 but a beautiful product. Serum and balm with light coverage foundations are great for dry aging skin. I’m an extremely oily skin type so I use Estee’ Lauder double wear. I save money on other makeup products but I will pay for a great foundation base!
@faith.1981 I will definitely try it. I've found that if you pay for a better product, it goes a long way. You mentioned you sold makeup, I think? If so, can you tell me what it is?
I started using Bare Minerals about 20 years ago and still use it. However I don't wear much when I work. I don't remember when exactly but at one point in more recent years I just put some concealer on around my eyes and ran to work. So I still have plenty of Bare Minerals left, which I still use. When BM put out a liquid foundation I gave it a try. My oily skin was starting to become normal around that time thanks to perimenopause. When I do actually put full face on, I use the liquid concealer all over (my face). I only use 3, maybe 4 drops of it, no lie. Because I use so little of it, I'm never going to use it up. The rest of the stuff I use is BM powders except my eyeliner. I have a nice BM green color that's similar to the pencil I use. The BM eye shadows can be used as liners and you can add a drop of water to make them a liquid liner. Part of me wants to wear makeup more often, but honestly, I don't go anywhere. Working in manufacturing just isn't motivation enough to do more with makeup. That and lack of energy and motivation.
Yea I hear you!! I actually work in construction so makeup isn't super important to me ! I very rarely wear eyeshadow and my main makeup is usually a tad of foundation and some blush lol I use Seint products right now.. but the older I get the less makeup I seem to be using! My skin got oily with perimenopause as well. I get breakouts and all of that...ugh!
@@JustJenn00 the best type of moisturizer fr me when my skin was oily, is a gel based one. It's hard to find, but back in 90, I think, I found this stuff at Phar-Moor that was great. I forgot the name of the company, they had a small display in stores, not tested on animals. Their moisturizer was like a gel, and it worked great for me. I only ever bought one because I didn't have a car to drive to Phar-Moor and didn't know where else to buy it. Try replenishing rich moisturizer by Simple brand. It's made for sensitive skin. I use that and it's really light, not oily or greasy. I don't use it often, mostly when my skin is dry post shower. I never got into a daily skincare routine like my sister. I just never liked putting in all of that work. Which is why I don't use this often. Another thing I just picked up was the oil free daily face cream (it has rose water, witch hazel and vitamin E) by Dermasil. Found that at Dollar Tree the other day and decided to give it a try. For $1.25, I thought, why not? It's a lot cheaper than the Japanese products I'd love to try some day.
I love this video so much!! I’ve always wanted to do the small lash extensions myself and never have but I think I may try these! And also love temu foundation and their eyeliners are good too! You look gorgeous girl!🩷
Hi Jenn, new subscriber here I came over from Mimi’s Life she was telling us about how you put your lashes on and yes you make it all look so easy I will be definitely giving your way a try🤞I’m loving your vibe and I will be checking out your other videos. Tfs❤️🇨🇦
Hey beautiful😊 thank you so much for doing this. I’m still trying to figure out lashes. I love how you used the combos. I have never known what colors to use because I have freckles ☹️ My skin has various shades to it. Anyway I wish I had watched this before I sent an order to Temu🤣 Thanks again❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for this Jenn! The final look was great! I have both powder and cream products but tend to lean toward the powder for some reason. I'm going to try applying my cream products the way you did and see what I think. It would definitely save me some time! I'm not into a dewy look though, so I may have to add a translucent finishing powder at the end. I have also NEVER been able to put on strip lashes; I recently tried the pre-glued segments and had the same trouble you did! I would love to go without mascara... IF I can find a lash I can manage to get on my eyes. I'm going to have to try what you use and hopefully manage to make them work! Thanks again!
Hi Lisa! Thanks for watching ❤️ The dewy look took me awhile to get used too! I think growing up in the 80s and 90s made me think I needed to powder everything. I even remember carrying a cover girl powder with me everyday through my teens and 20s lol. . The good ol days!! Once you get the hang of segment lashes they are very easy to apply!!!
Have u ever thought about lasik eye surgery?, best thing ive ever done . No more contacts and glasses and switching on and off. Its amazing not to have to deal with all that! Ur still young enough so your most likely a candidate. ❤😊
Loved this video. You made it look easy and looked really good. I’m a round face 60 year old and this is what I’ve been waiting to do wish I could find the eyeshadow palette. Every time I find colors I like they don’t have pigments. Any Suggestion would be greatly appreciate. Again ❤️ all your videos. Thank you. 😻😻
Hi ! Thanks for watching ! The Temu eyeshadows are hit and miss. If you want good quality but a decent price try Colourpop eyeshadows. They are fantastic 😍
Have you found any comparable brushes on Temu? I see some and try look dense but I don’t know. I have one in my cart I’ll try eventually but Temu brushes are the best.
I'm gonna have to try cream products being 52 I get where you are coming from. Girl you did them lashes great how the heck do you put them under your lashes I did that I'd be stuck to everything lmao..now that would be a funny video to watch lol! Makeup looked great loved it all..luvs ya bestie ❤️❤❤
Ok so are you saying that these lashes will last a week? I’ve used this type (underneath w/the bond) and I wake up with them on my cheeks lol do you sleep on your back? I’m so jealous that you can get these on so easily and that they last you all week. 🥴 You look beautiful and are very informative and quick❤
@@ReallyMimi I've had them last 2 weeks. Use satin pillowcases.. and do not get them wet... I wash my face before I get in the shower... and try to keep my face as dry as possible!
I dont feel you got the right foundation, because you tested it on the reddened part of your cheek not on the natural skin color part of your cheek. I just discovered your channel and really enjoy watching you. I hope you continue on, thanks
