Honestly me "puttiing myself out there" has done leaps and bounds for my own self love. No matter what our size, we'll always have something we dislike about our bodies. We may as well give ourselves a big hug and accept that we are pretty neat just as we are! :)
I think the space buns are absolutely adorable on you. I’ve been spending way too much money on Temu. I actually deleted the app because I kept ordering random things that I never knew I needed & now I have all of these piles of things I don’t need! That being said, I have been happy with the jewelry & the phone cases I’ve gotten (I change my phone case to match my outfits daily, so instead of spending $25-$40 on a case, I have gotten some really cute ones for less than $2 a case!) Thanks for the tip! I like to change my phone cases, but it didn’t work well with my budget. Thank you for sharing your TEMU story. I can see myself doing the same thing, if I’m not intentional about what I buy. I already have items I can’t find, because there’s a pile started. I think I’ll make a rule that I have to donate or sell something I don’t use BEFORE I buy something else. That will probably involve not opening the app, if I haven’t got rid of something.
@@sciencenotstigma9534 I think your idea of one in & one out is a good one. I follow that rule with clothing, but I need to apply to everything I consume. I enjoy ordering online & getting packages in the mail, but then I feel bad because I’m just adding to the consumption of what ends up in our landfills, ugh. Even though I’m 58 & should have adulting down by now, self discipline is still something I work on every day 😊 Anyway, I still stand by my recommendation of the phone cases you can get on Temu. I haven’t received a subpar one yet. Have fun!
The Princess Leia buns are adorable! And the colour is so right. The headbands with fruit and bows are NOT too juvenile at all. They looks youthful and fun.
I think the purpose of the orange wrapping is that orders go into a shipping container & takes up less space. I’ve made 5 orders so far, nothing broken but sometimes things in small cardboard boxes are a little squished. I’ve ordered a lot of plus size clothing and I e been happy with everything, you’ve got to pay attention to the size chart.

With Temu don't worry about what the size is, take your measurements and use those when you purchase each piece. I've been very happy with my Temu buys. Much like any discount store, you save money but don't get Saks goods. Mark is going to love that first little black dress on you!!! 🤩
With Temu, I have learned you have to measure yourself and compare your measurements with the size guide on every single garment. Sometimes you can buy your regular size and sometimes you have to go up as much as three sizes. But this will help you in getting the correct sizes.

The hair buns look cute. I have had a lot of fun with Temu orders, mainly craft stuff and stickers, but thanks to you I won't be getting the quotes. You are right, that fabric can be a little adventurous for the neighbours.

Do you normally go by the Product Measurements or Body Measurements on the size chart? I've ordered 2 t-shirts that are on the way, and don't mind if they end up a bit oversized; but I've wanted to get some dresses and jeans too but have been hesitant.

I thought your space buns were so cutebon you and matched your pretty haircolor perfectly. I also thought your haircolor looked great with all your clothing choices. I loved the black cold shoulder dress on you...very flattering. I actually thought all your clothing choices looked very nice on you. I think you could easily wear the shorts, but agree, probably with something other than the kimono. You have many color choices to wear with a tee shirt, tank, sandals, or white tennis shoes would be fun and help keep you cool! The jewelry was really nice...loved the rings too! I also just ordered a bunch of fun headbands and Jewelry and some organizational things. I have loved everything I've received so far. I've seen other people who do hauls get it in boxes. But they're big orders. I've received one thing that was bent and they had me take a picture and they refunded the item and let me keep the item. ALWAYS GO BACK AND CHECK YOUR ORDERS FOR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS!!! THEY DO THOSE IF SOMETHING GOES CHEAPER AND YOU CAN GET IT AS TEMU CREDIT OR PUT BACK ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY DO THAT FOR 90 DAYS. EVEN AFTER YOU GET YOUR ORDER.

I was shocked on the short set to find that the pattern is consistent all the way across. That seems like the kind of detail that would get lost in cheap clothing. It’s not my style, but it made me feel a little bit better about possibly ordering clothes from Temu.
