Temu Shipping Delay - Delivery Time 🕓 

They said this as well and I’m a bit worried I have did something wrong. We have noticed that the tracking for your package has not been updated recently. So many times I ordered from Temu , but never get my orders, so I always went for refund. I waited for my orders for months.😢😢 I hate temu

Here's the thing; Federal consumer protection laws apply to any international items shipped in or to the US even if the company is outside of the u.s. borders do to international shipping and federal consumer protection laws. One of those laws regards on-time delivery. Meaning that if a company gives you a guaranteed delivery time; that they are bound to it as part of contract law. These laws are in place to encourage companies to have and abide to on-time delivery and are literally in place so that if the company does not abide that they wind up taking a loss upon The exorcism of Rights by the consumer giving further incentive for on-time shipping. As such if your delivery date says the 23rd- 27th of June on the 28th of June even if the item has shipped; you are entitled by law to a full refund. This refund holds even in the event that the items later arrive and you are under no legal obligation to return the refund or the items. So pretty much it is the burden of the company to get a carrier that can ship on time otherwise people that understand and know their rights may exercise their rights which then can cost the company money. They try to make up for this with the $5 late delivery credit. If you accept the credit without exercising your rights, then it is what it is. However if you exercise your rights they will not only issue the refund, but also the $5 credit, and since the item has shipped you are under no obligation to return. Might seem shady, but laws are in place for a reason. It is on the company to make sure they are abiding by the law. If people don't understand their rights that's their problem. I know for a fact that this is a thing because I have exercised it on multiple times with Amazon and Temu without complication as it is part of law. Many orders were free simply because they did not deliver on time or because of other legal factors under consumer protection that were not adhered to. If I were able to show screenshots of the conversations on here I would as proof that I'm not just talking. These screenshots would even show my conversation with the customer service representative in which they agree that I do not have to return the items when they arrive and they are issuing my refund as well as a credit for the inconvenience. Then subsequent screenshots literally from the same day showing the credit to my bank as pending. Maybe they should start using another carrier because LaserShip is absolute trash for getting deliveries out on time. That is their burden; not the consumers. So thanks for the free stuff and my refund. A consumer's rights Will trump policy every time when properly exercised. Problem is many people don't know or understand their rights and just accept the $5. Life is a game of Monopoly and laws are in place similar to the cards you draw in the game. If you draw the right card meaning (understand your rights); many things become easier to buy and or free giving you more properties. Learn to play the game.

My package came a day late. Asked about a refund -$5 or even full as mentioned in comment above. Their customer service told me it only applies if its 15 days late. I do not see that anywhere on the app.

Update... gave me the 5$ credit
