Welcome back!! 😁😁 yes I’m now growing my hair back out after the side shave so it’s parted on the opposite side to cover the spot while it’s growing back haha. And I wear my hair in a side braid when I go on my morning walks and I hadn’t taken my hair down yet when I filmed the video lol. Thank you!! 😁😁😁 definitely going to wear them to the beach!!
It’s awesome that you’re sticking with the walks! I’m sure that it will soon become an ingrained daily habit. 😊 And just to remind us all… Besides the more obvious benefits that exercise is/will bring you, don’t forget how great it is for your heart!! Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States (accounting for 1 in 5 deaths). BUT!! The American Heart Association estimates that up to 90% of heart disease is preventable. By getting health tests, learning about heart health, taking steps to eat better, and taking your daily walks, you’re doing great things for your heart! Oh, and what I intended to comment about: regarding upper body exercise, perhaps you could consider taking some small hand weights with you on your walks. I know nothing about proper exercises and all, but seems like an easy way to get simultaneous arm/chest and cardio exercise. Def do a bit of research about correct movements and all, to make sure you’re staying safe and getting the most out of your activity.
It’s definitely already become a daily habit, every morning for about an hour! 😁😁 I also use my walks to write. I open my notes on my phone and write my story while walking haha.

There's a few videos on pilates, one of which is for your arms and shoulders. You just use your arms, no weights or equipment...it's a great one, you really feel it working. I've only been doing it for about a week now so I don't see anything but it's worth checking out in my opinion of course lol...I'll look for the link and put it in another comment 😊😊

I used it yesterday, didn’t hurt my back but my abs and hips are burning today 🤣🤣 woke up this morning feeling like I got hit by a car haha. But that just means it worked 🤣🤣
