1. Plan for 40 to 45 yrs instead 60 yrs 2. Don't buy a house or just a decent house. 3. Car max 1 or 2 4. Don't make friends in your organization. 5. Be detached from unnecessary friends 7. Don't smoke or take alcohol or drugs 8. 9. Don't fall behind promotion. Give only required time to job 10. Make your wife an earning wife not house wife
I am working woman 45 yrs young..opting for vrs after 24.5 yrs from government job. I quit for mental health issues and physical ailments. I don't have a car..own a small house received. I want to heal myself from depression from co habiting with inlaws and a non supportive husband. I don't have a side income..but have goals to meet related to arts and physical wellness. I don't have friends from the organisation. N yes I don't want to be in the race again just for the sake of money or identity. If I am guided to do so, i would, but would take decisions only on my instincts and for my happiness, they won't be influenced by ppl around me.
I am number 9, had been extremely rash in everything including driving. Had major injuries especially till the age of 15-16, which affected my lower back permanently. Even about a year back I fell from a bamboo stairs (at age 67),- 5-6 years back I fell from a height while caring for hanging plants. In 2020 while driving car, I had major accident which would have been fatal. But in all these three incidents / accidents God saved me and I almost suffered no injury. I am 68 now.

I feel following points are also important - 1. No Credit card stay away from trap.this is like planting a habit of Alcohol in child under the name, Brandy and slowly but surely he will be a drunkard. That is Debt ladden. 2. Learn skills that are trending. I learn Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Public Speaking.

My father was in the bank and after retirement he was so ill that he couldn't enjoy his post retirement days. He expired after seven years of retirement.
Hello Sir, just listened your above video. I am very influenced by your thoughts. I just left pensionable govt job two months ago after 13 years of service at 42 age. But very happy and satisfied that I have before leaving i fully replaced my salary income with side income. Don't know how it happened but I followed all 10 things you mentioned in video to not to do. Thanks for your insights

1. Plan your life as per 45 years instead of 60 years 2. Buy a house with a minimum amount don't go for expensive...later buy another good home at 60. 3. Drive your car at least for 15 years and don't buy more than 2 cars in your career 4. Don't make friendship in your organization make friends outside of your job who are in diverse fields. 5. Don't go on a speculative opportunity investment 6. Don't indulge in smoking or drinking 7. Don't waste your time in your life especially Saturday Sunday 8.
