Official Uno Spin-Offs have Discard All Cards, but the cards all go below it, meaning no abilities activate at all. So you could choose to play the 0 like that as well. Great video!

In my games I use the rule to 4 if somebody at the table play a 4 they choose 1 player to show all the other player there hand for 3 seconds

I wonder if you have heard of the game Taki? It's basically a popular Israeli produced Uno-like game with some other special cards, you might like it.

Stacking draw cards just prolongs the game imo.
