I was a landlord once…rented to a youth pastor and his wife from a large church in town. They destroyed the house! Even put things like wet mattresses in the crawl space under the house. Of course skipped town and the church claimed not to have any idea where they went. It cost us a small fortune to make it nice again and we promptly put it on the market and sold it…never a landlord again!
So many people with pets have problems finding landlords who will accept a cat or dog. People (?!) like this make it harder for tenants to find pet friendly housing. So glad you were able to get the house repaired.
Never can understand people want pets yet ignore them many times afterwards immediately 😢😅 my broken heart is always been with the pets who depend on us and for sure need better than they get to.😮😢
Camera driving me crazy! Mostly looking at floor so really couldn't get much idea of what rooms actually looked at because camera view always too close. But yes! House left in terrible condition!
I don't know what ur seeing... This house is so ugly and outdated. The house is deff not a million. The property is nice. I think they did u a favor by destroying the house. It needs a million in rehab.
I am not saying getting staph and other bugs is all to blame on the doctors and nurses, but there has to be some cause for concern. The state the house was left in says it all. Especially the cat boxes, flies, and the mad scientist's lab of a kitchen.
This place is not destryoed, nor is it a million dollar home.. It's possible the entire property is valued at that, but it'd need a lot more land to be valued at that. But, Trashed, yes it is. It will jeed a good cleaning and junk removal but i didnt see anything that was actually damaged.
You need to readjust your way of thinking. Just because someone can afford a million dollar home, doesn’t give them morals or couth. I’m not wealthy by any means BUT I take care of my things and things that others entrust to me. All my “poor” friends are the same. Don’t judge people by their income.
Hopefully the tenants that left this house in this horrible condition is watching this video. Can you imagine how they felt looking at their own junks or garbage that were exposed to the public?? That will be so embarrassing to say the least!!!
You have the right mindset on what your finding, it being collectable & worth $. I see so many videos of evictions where tenant has left some valuable antiques or collectable & the landlord says it's all trash. Crazy what they throw away. It's seen items left that would cover any expenses if they sold it.
That's not a million-dollar house! IF it has a lot of acreage, the entire property might be worth it, but the house (although big) is unspectacular. The former tenants were pigs, which is (in my opinion) a sign of mental illness. A person's self-respect and self-regard is reflected in how they keep up their environment. It looks as though they trashed it as an act of revenge, yet it also looks like they lived that way. My heart goes out to the landlord.
I agree with the value not being a million dollars, I’ve been in construction for 30 years and the house itself is so dated from the fixtures (sink, faucets and the like). The cabinets are from the 70’s but hard water doesn’t do anything good for sinks or appliances. In my opinion if you got $200,000 for the house alone I’d run with that check. But it is a cool place, I’d take it in a heartbeat, I’m just saying 😊
I know how it is if you do not have much in the way of capital. You see people who have so much more, and you see them do things like this, and it makes you feel angry and sad and a bit hopeless because it is. Especially if you have never had a home of your own, and having a nice home of your own is one of your greatest dreams if not the greatest dream, and maybe you realise you will never make that dream come true, and then you see someone do something like this.... There are no words adequate to quite convey how you feel.....
Just because people have money and a good income doesn’t automatically mean they are going to be responsible. As far as leaving things behind, they probably took a lot with them and the tenancy with a big place like that is for some to accumulate a lot of things they don’t need and when it comes time to move they do not want to deal with moving everything.😊
I didn't see anynpet stains. All things considered that carpet was in great condition. This is nowhere near a trashed house. I guess this guy has never seen a truly trashed house. Yes it'll be a lot of work to get rid of all tge crap but at least some of it is valuable.
After viewing several different channels on tenants destroying landlord property I'm starting to wonder why ? I wouldn't leave someone else's home this way but there's your side, their side and the truth, just saying .

Right! How is maintenance of tge driveway the tenants responsibility, that's on the owner. This guy is clueless. There wasca lot of junk but geez the carpets weren't even trashed they were still nearly white. That kitchen was ugly to begin with.

Appears to be a mortgage repo after Cvid, to a family that lived there a long time. Perhaps the Nurse or Dr passed away from....? You can't say a home is "good" based on it's distance to a Walmart. Besides, I don't think a rich person even shops there - I refuse to and I'm "poor"! A million dollar farm maybe (land). A million dollar home this ain't. It would have a gated driveway, a paved driveway, a covered entrance over the driveway into the house, a heated garage.... moldings around the windows (some don't), not painted with high gloss paint, central heating, a stairway built to code (handrails), a bidet, a his and hers bathroom sink, a shower in the master bath, a much nicer kitchen with level counter tops, no built in cubbies or furniture.....
I was wondering the same thing. He said it is not his property. Then he also said "None of the owners own cats". So I will assume it's not his property. He talks about the "creep dolls" but he gave me the creeps. In my opinion he has no rights to be posting this video.
Don't know who this drama-king is but the title says the occupants were evicted. He goes on about how they 'abandoned' their stuff. The company who moved the occupants' valuables out of the house are the folks who 'abandoned' what's left as the evicted are charged with trespassing if the trued to go back inside. Valuables are moved outside of the rental and the locks are changed. I've seen expensive furniture moved to the grass during a rainstorm.
It depends on what kind of eviction. If they left when tge owner asked it doesn't work that way. Only when it has to go through tge courts and tge bailiff and crew come to throw them and all their crap out.
$1 mil!! NOT!! This must be in Indiana. My friend bought an old farm house. Sh had some funky things built like this. Right down to the built in rock in the kitchen! Whats up with that? The whole house is wonky. Lots of things I see is worth money though.
Why is everyone so worried what kind of house this is, a rental, did they have s mortgage? It doesn't matter one bit! The location of the house and how many bedrooms are in, completely stupid questions! The one thing i wanna know is, who the hell taught the camera man to film,? I got tired of watching him film the floor!
Beautiful land, home needs a lot of work, inside and out. I wouldn’t want it in that condition unless I had lots of $$$ to renovate.😬 I’m sure it was stunning when it was new.😢
