Ingredients:
100g - softened butter
100g - sugar
3 - egg yolks
100ml - room temperature milk
150g - white flour
8g - baking powder
500-600g - strawberries
1 tbsp - cornstarch
✔ Meringue:
3 - egg whites
80g - sugar
21 cm diameter baking pan.
1.When baking the pie, it's better to use a mold that can be split from the side, as the pie is very delicate and needs to be carefully removed.
2. For the strawberry topping, I used 400 g, but you can easily get by with 300 g.
3. If the strawberries are very sweet, you can use 70 g of sugar instead of 100 g in the dough.
