Tender beef in 5 minutes! Chinese secret to soften the toughest beef
So I haven't cooked the meat yet. This is the easiest way to tenderize beef for quick cooking. This method is suitable for the most inexpensive cuts of beef. The secret is to use the one ingredient that every house has. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

500 grams of beef.
Cut the beef into slices or strips.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
Rub the meat well with baking soda.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for 35-40 minutes.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
1 tablespoon wine vinegar.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon chilli sauce.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes.
That's the meat sauce I'll need later.
You can also use a different sauce, such as soy sauce.
After 35 minutes the meat will turn bright red, this is normal.
Rinse the meat well.
Dry the meat with kitchen paper.
Heat a pan with frying oil.
Pour half of the portion into the pan.
Fry on the highest level for about 1 minute.
Then mix and fry on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Take out the first portion of meat.
Add the second portion of meat and sear evenly on both sides.
Cut 1 onion.
1 red pepper.
Fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
add meat.
Fry for another 2-3 minutes and turn off.
Cut 2 cucumbers.
2 tomatoes.
1 pepper.
1 avocado.
100 g green peas.
2-3 tablespoons olive oil.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
Salt to taste.
Mix well.
Our delicious dinner is ready.

Meat is like a piece of wood if you cut it along the grain it will be tough and fibrous if you slice it across the grain it will be tender as the fibers will be short and tender (I am a retired butcher)

Tested this tenderizing solution. It may be good for Asian dishes which mixes other ingredients and especially sauces together but if you eat the meat on it’s own the baking soda removes ALL the meat flavor and makes it very blend!

You cut with the grain/fiber of meat rather than cross grain. Does it matter?
You can also take any piece of meat and fully wrap it with heavy duty foil (with corners pinched over well).Bake it in the oven on 350-400 F (depending on toughness of meat) Until you start to smell it in your home. Usually 45min to 1hr .CAREFULLY unwrap it to check it's tenderness. If it falls apart and you want it to have the roasted edges just take off the aluminium foil and leave it in for a few more minutes. Easy, juicy, tender everything. And also just season it however you want before you make the foil tent. Oh and a pan under the foil for every obvious reason possible.

I used to be a meat cutter, and I didn't see a thing she did that would make the meat tender unless she cut the meat across the grain, otherwise if you took a tough piece of meat and cut those thin pieces along the grain it still would not make them tender, but I did not read anything in the translation mentioning that. Yes there are many ways to tenderize meat but I do not think baking Soda is one of them !
