[INGREDIENTS]
- 2 Tbsp corn flour
- 2 Tbsp GMS powder
- 1/2 Tsp CMC powder
- 200 ml full fat milk
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup tender coconut paste
- 1/4 Cup chopped tender coconut
- 400 ml fresh cream
Instructions to make this without machine:
- Till the mixture preparation, the process remains same.
- After that, freeze the mixture till it sets. Then take it out in a big bowl by breaking into small pieces. - - - Now, beat using your electric beater till the ice cream mixture doubles in size.
