Beautiful adventure in Teide NP. We left Puerto de la Cruz with the bus and reached the first check point of the NP, "Ride Base" tour is serious and very well equipped (we are not paid for this video, it was our excursion on vacation). At over 2000m high it is cold and windy, you need to have adequate technical clothing for cycling. The route is 90% on dirt, you need to have experience riding the bike. Beautiful, suitable for all ages.
