In Spain it is not allowed to fly with drones in cities or restricted areas. You can not fly over people, cities and natural parks. It has not complied with legal regulations. In addition, it has flown over the airspace controlled by CTR, (Mas Palomas)or Natural Park (Las Cañadas Teide) where it is NOT allowed to fly to drones, except if it is made from an infrastructure destined for RPAS coordinated with the aerodrome and the ATS provider. There are sanctions for these infractions.
