It's a beautiful beach for sure but can get really busy! Last time we were there there was no room at all on the beach, not any bars/restaurants/shops close by beach (although they could have been closed still at that time) prefer fañabé, la pinta etc for that reason,

Last week in las americas I was paying between 80 cents to 1.30, I think is super cheap, and a 4.50 for a cocktail can't get better than that !!

There are some decent shops in the corner shopping centre, we stay at the tacande the pool area is above the shops

The Gran Tacande Hotel pool area is above the random wee shopping centre. Hotel looks nice but not worth the money. Enjoying the videos 👌

That cafe is expensive but nice coffee.

Hi kevin im in mallorca at the moment and the weather has been amazing done a day trip to porto christo and rafa nadals yatch was in the harbour plenty of great resturants in the area enjoying your tenerife videos😂

Heading that way in Dec to try a different location from Puerto Colon. Only ever walked along as far as the Del Duque shopping center and didn’t realise all that was there if you keep walking that direction. 😎👍🏼

The Rotunda outside shops in Del Duque is to pay/access underground car park.....don't use it unless you've had a big win on the lottery 😉🤣

The cafe in there is really good and not too pricey. The crepe's are brilliant.

Kev that cafe in the posh shopping centre is quite reasonable . We went in last year and was quite suprised how cheap it was .

Victoria expensive, try sister hotel opposite market, up the hill Gran costa Adeje, not as expensive, and great hotel. The Iberostar Sabina is also a beautiful hotel. Adeje is more popular than Cris/Las A at the minute, however my choice down that end would be a Pool view room at the Vulcano. If you don't book a pool view, you get the outside rooms overlooking a grim, dark footpath opposite a rather "dodgy abode". 😉

Kevin, I’m sure the doctor must have told you to do this exercise, if he has please stick with it for your foot…place your your toes of both feet on the edge of a step/stair balancing facing up the stairs, hold onto to the handrails and rock backwards and forwards for 4/5 mins, it will take a good couple of weeks doing it daily but it will definitely cure it, my hubby tried it once or twice and gave up, he suffered the agony of it for another 2 years trying all sorts until he decided to try it again in desperation. He never looked back. He got up one morning to find the pain had gone. Please give it a go.
