It looks so much better now it’s been done up. Stayed here back in 2019 before the renovation and it was in desperate need of some TLC plus I thought the all inclusive was awful no one tells you how it works and we could never find the bar that served drink during the day because we were completely unaware that there was a completely different side of the hotel we only found it on our last day lol. I would love to go back though and give it another chance
Hi Lauren this place is a little strange with the adult and family sides of the hotel and I can totally understand the difficulty of finding everything around, it would help with a little more signage around, I hope you still enjoyed your holiday. Thanks, Tez.
Hi when you enter the lobby of the hotel the family reception is in the right and the adults reception is on the left, the gym is located in the adults section so I feel its unlikely younger people will be allowed to use the facilities, as for the cost some of the facilities at the fitness centre are complimentary but these may change from time to time.
