in the midst of my "mesmerization" I couldn't help but notice all of the pinned points that seemingly become fixed and then unfixed throughout the range of motion. I am very curious how that will work in a real life application

nice concept but were is the hydraulic power unit, the motor and gear box drive, the sheaves, the joints on the arms require large bearings, the platform needs to be a lot more beefier, were is the large drum to pull on the ropes. That ship is out of scale. otherwise nice cartoon
