One thing I think you guys missed is that this new upper four has discovered the location of the demon slayers, since those slayers were on guard at night at Tengens place

Muzan can control his blood that is in the body of the other demons. Tamayo is a doctor and she learn how to break this connection. But even without this, the demons are nothing compared to Muzan, they would never be a treat.

Please remember the final episode of the Yukaku edition ... Douma, who is currently the upper string 2, was the upper string 6 when he turned Gyutaro and Daki into a demon ... That's all I can say now ...

NO SPOILERS - the upper 4 was also killed by muichiro if you remember the fish guy. However in this episode you see the eye it could be a replacement of something else as it doesn't speel for you upper four just number four. Just assumptions for now

Probably, Muzan still make demon because as easy as he makes it, he can kill them in a snap of a finger so it's no big deal to him and he knows who will betray him because he literaly knows all the demons mind coz they are his blood.

Didn't you pay attention to what Muzan said at the end of season 3? "I no longer need to increase my kind" Muzan never WANTED to create all these demons, he only did so to hopefully find one to do what Nezuko did, conquer the sun, so he can absorb that one and be able to walk in the sun. The new Upper Moons have already been created for a long time now. He just promoted the demons that already exist.
