Tengen was a man with a lot of issues regret and pain. As a Hashira he's supposed to be one of the best the corps have to offer but on his first run in with an upper moon, the lowest ranked one mind you, he ended up retired, heavily disfigured, and not even being able to save the entertainment district and a lot of the civilians in it. Yeah, he beat Gyutaro (with alot of help), but at what cost? Hell, he even actively put teens and the people he loves the most in extreme mortal danger due to his own shortcomings. If that ain't a failure of a man and of a hashira, i don't know what is. Honestly, the whole situation was a disaster. Some might even call it a fiasco. But the thing is, even though it was a bad situation and Tengen got outted, he made sure he went out with a bang. Whether he ends up a cripple or not, no matter how it goes down, it's gonna happen his way, which is "WITH SOME FLAMBOYANCE AND PIZZAZZ!!" and tbh that mindset is what makes him my favorite hashira. That is what I got from Tengen's character and the meaning behind the song name. Hope that clarifies it for you.
