A trick to keep vacuum hoses from getting clogged that works well is to back flush hoses after each use. What happens is when machine is stopped from I'm between use the dirt and debris mixed with water left in hoses dries up, then it's crusty hard like in video and creates partial blockage. If flushed out after use its still wet and comes out easier when flushed with clean water.
Since you have worked on many floor scrubbers, which one do you feel is the best value. I am currently looking to purchase one about this size or a little bit smaller. Thank you in advance.
In full disclosure we are the manufacturers of the Mopit floor scrubbers. We feel like those are your best value. However, they don't have all the bells and whistles of the imop. We are familiar with many of the different brands. To better understand what machine would work best for your application please feel free to give us a call at (800) 290-2833. Talk to Logan.
Thanks for your message. We don't personally sell this machine but we want to be a source for answers as you look for a good solution to your floor care needs. There are many of these machines that are leased and also many that are purchased out right. We work with many restaurant and convenience store chains across the country that have used this machine in the past both as a lease customer and as someone that has purchased them. We have learned some of the good and some of the bad features of the Tennant T1. We hope you saw a few of the things we've learned about the T1 after many years of being in the floor scrubber industry.
The T1 can be used on most hard surface floors. Finished concrete, LVT, LVP, tile, among others. If your floor is heavily textured then this may not be the best solution.
At the end of this video we go into the pricing. Please note that the pricing has changed since then. Usually the new cost on these now is around $7000-$8000 for one with lithium batteries.
That’s my issue it isn’t cleaning the floors like I need or want. I have a building that is new laminate and pop wood type floor not sure type the owners didn’t ask 🤦🏽♀️ I’m struggling.
