Tennille Kopiasz is a seasoned beauty marketing executive with over 25 years of experience across prestige, designer, and mass brands. She has held global and US leadership roles in cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, and haircare.
Currently, as CEO of Blue Mistral, Kopiasz oversees the FEKKAI and Bastide brands. Her focus is on positioning FEKKAI as a global leader in the luxury hair category.
Prior to Blue Mistral, Kopiasz spent 9 years at LVMH, serving as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Fresh and Senior Vice President of North America Marketing at Dior. She also held positions at Coty Prestige and L'Oréal USA.
Kopiasz is a graduate of FIT and actively involved in mentoring the next generation of beauty talent.
