Moutet had already played Andreev a week earlier in Genoa and they were almost fighting there, so that's why there was tension even during the warm-up. In Genoa the main point of debate was Andreev turning his racket around in his hands before returning, Moutet was pointing it out as a distraction. It was pretty ridiculous.
Nah I live in France and honestly he's right. However I'd like to say that despite all his outbursts on court, Benoit Paire is a cool guy. As opposes to rats such as Moutet.
The Verdasco match was a final where the players give speeches to the crowd during the trophy ceremony. The Verdasco speech must have been something to see. 😬
@@nehalsayyad773 he failed a drug test and that was his excuse. I can't remember the whole thing he originally had a longer ban and they might have shortened it to 3 months. Have to look it up. Because of his backhand and how sweet it was I was willing to believe him :)
@@fishsticks5056Yea true home crowds can be biased! Thank goodness Americans laughed when Djokovic hung up the phone on Shelton, but I feel like the French audience would have thrown trash if that happened to a French player haha!
The Parks/Sebov clip is infamous. in the full clip you can see her dad wasn't even watching the handshake but when things kicks off he starts spouting "default her ass, we all saw it!". That being said this was a long time ago so Parks I'm sure has done a lot of maturing.
why is the guy that climbed over the fence saying “y’all see what we go through” when you just got your ass handed to you in a 1v1? trying to put a little racism in THE most diverse sport on planet earth. wow lol
From 9:27, Remove all air pressure. Compress the fork, use a PVC to avoid damaging the air valve that still protrudes and a mallet to push the fork back in place. Et voila…
Parks and her dad! Geezus. Of course I remember her (and Dad) claiming “racism racism” after this match. Yet watch the clip. There’s no rule against a playing grunting/yelling during/after points! If the ump thinks it’s excessive or untimely, he warm the player or deduct a point. Parks just got irritated from this grunting. She’s CLEARLY chirping at Sebov while approaching the net to shake hands. So of course Sebov is going to say something in return at the net! Then Parks tries to fight her cuz she mad/irritated, and Dad has to insert himself as the “Jesse Jackson” of race baiters 🙄🙄🙈
@Lucy-iy9ni And that justifies getting confrontational until you have to be physically restrained? A Cold handshake is one thing, but trying to ignite a physical altercation to the point of restraint and having your Dad race-baiting and throwing a temper tantrum is on a peerless level of sheer embarrassment and low-class.
My Auntie a tennis loving Spaniard is an Etimologist and Polyglot and said Verdad means "truth" and "Asco" means "disgusting", so in the Etimology of his family name 'truly disgusting' very fitting for him and I quipped that MooTit is a better name but she said "Mou" translates to Soft and "Tet" derives from Tete meaning "Head"
the guy jumped over the fence and security ....... both he and the female would be banned from future events. simple you try and attack the other player you are in the wrong sport. try MMA
I’m with parks on that one as I think it is super disrespectful to your opponent shouting like that especially after every point, though she shouldn’t have reacted like that.
Every time a a player is trying to distract their opponent is a sign of disrespect, let's not forget that tennis is the ultimate sportsmanship game, class and respect. No other game was created with those fundamentals as it's core principles
I have a partner who is around 70 years old and his name is Joe. My partner used box professionally and the guys we were playing against tried to hit during our sets. After the match the other guy said something to Joe, and tried to sneak punch him, before the other guy knew it, he was snoring and we had to wake him up. After that the two guys became friends and talk about the fight and I have to tell you it was one of funniest things I’ve ever seen at 52 years old. Joe’s hands were so fast I think he only threw two punches and it was bedtime for our opponent. So the moral of the story is you can’t judge a book by its cover my friends. It would be better to be nice and kind, then to get put to sleep by a 70 year old man. Great job on the video my friend.
Thanks to find a Stupid rager Belgian, because it's the first time for me. I can't believe it... Justine Kim, David etc... are so Kind. Crazy Malisse !
In that handshake match it was allot of stuff going on that was illegal not jus the yelling. But, the coaching that was being ignored from the sideline. But, of course nothing happened to her at all. The poster should do more research. You said the black girl exploded during the handshake? No, the girl grabbed her hand real hard. You would know that if you had looked it up.
The guy climbing over the fence is the biggest (literally) fool I have ever seen and the player in the clip who tossed her racquet should be ashamed of herself
@@imalwaysright Firstly, that is such a typical thing to say about someone who clearly deserved the win. So in your opinion, in order to not hurt her bratty opponent's feelings, she should have just been tacit and not celebrated the fact she won the match? Second, what about the disgraceful act by her opponent to try and physically assault her just because she herself is not only a spoiled brat but a poor sport as well. And I'm not even gonna mention the outlandish act by her father(?) to jump over the fence and try to join in like this is some petty baseball brawl. These people lack the proper tennis mentality and values.
