You were making me tired just watching you. He He, Are you at Wimbledon? Judging by those white lines properly not. Any way great drills Simon, you still got the moves unlike grand dad me.

Nice drills thank you. What I haven't seen from any of the coaches is how to move diagonally backwards. Also it would be great if you covered some point play analysis on when to use the drop or gravity step and when to use the X-over step.
Thank you for watching Kevin For deep balls in general, you'd want to use a crossover/cross-behind step if you need to move more than a few steps and side shuffle steps if you need only a few feet covered. All the best Simon
The King is Effortless Elegance, Rafa is Power, Djoker is Flexibility. If they're on the Top 3 (injuries apart) since years, it means they all have footwork at its best...anyways, Djoker is astonishing: I call him "Mr.Fantastic"
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial I'd like to improve my volley technique....what about some drills and/or lessons for that? Thank you, anyways, you're doing GREAT
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial hey, I concur thst request. It would be great to see some tennis focused gym prep/workout. Also, being a female I'd love some improvement tips videos on two handed backhand and which one of female pros to sort of copy... Thanks for your ongoing superb advice.
Great drills to cover the court from side to side! Thank you. More drills for vertical movement footwork (short and deep balls) and net approach steps required!
Happens often in the UK. The Wimbledon qualifying takes place on a large playing field which is used as a cricket field for large periods throughout the year
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial yeah I live in Hawaii, we only have concrete courts, are there some uneven or sloped “courts” outdoors, plus it’s not a uniform surface, I find this fascinating
I'm born and raised in Scotland, moved to London when I was a teenager and have lived there since. My dad is Bulgarian, hence the surname. Thanks for watching Any lessons you'd like to see from us in 2020? All the best Simon
Thank You!! Great workouts ! I was loocking for the video I sought before .. the one with the resistant bands to work the shoulders muscles.. what the title of it ? Thank you again guys!!
Simon, as a 4.5 player, I appreciate these drills. But what I wanted to ask is this - how to properly be in the right foot position when going into your swing. After 40 years of playing, I managed to develop arthritis in my left foot. I believe this is a result of crossover too much on my forehand (closed stance). How to practice being more open at the hit point?
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial can you make a video how to stay concentrated in a match and how not to let your opponet get in your head, and how to stay calm, how to handle stressful points like match point
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial yes it was! I'm trying out for my high school team soon, and this is 100% getting me ready when I do it consistently. Thanks again!
One set would be all the drills done with a 15-20 second rest between each drill. Between sets you could have 90 seconds rest, just like at the change of ends
Thanks for watching Are there any videos you'd like to see from us in the near future? All the best Simon

@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Thanks for asking guys! I would like to see some serve drills. Which is really great about your proposed drills is that they can be performed in a living room. That's awesome for recreational players like me! I started to play tennis 2 years ago and I'm trying to improve all my strokes. I go to court between 3 and 5 times per week. Thanks!
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Hi Simon, I would like to see videos from you offering insights on rallying and when to approach the net....a lot of times, I have either mis-judged or miscalculated the 'right moment' to attack/approach the net..would be great to hear from you.. Love ur tennis lessons. Cheers man
