Great question. I fid that kids put together the fundamentals that are important in different ways with their own rythyms. But the next step after learning these progressions would be to take them through the whole motion which for me includes having the arms move in sync from a starting position where the arms just kind of hang down loose.

i tried straight toss with my son. He doesn't know when to release the ball so it usually go behind his back

@@ianbuick8946 I teach no swing with racket first. Toss straight up like an elevator. If tossing with your left hand, toss should be in line with your left eye.
