@@isaaclao5721 men who have gone through it all like to impart wisdom onto younger men who are yet to experience things so that they can learn and not make the same mistakes. Rune saying that to Stan at Indian wells proves that he didn’t learn his lesson
when you lose you give respect and congratulate him, and if you want to give advice you do it after that, he didnt, i like stan but he was in the wrong to do that, thats not the way to give advice. he was obviously triggered and a sore loser trying to make rune feel bad after a hardfought victory @@seancarroll5803
Yes,his mama. But he thinks that he is better. I think he don't like Medvedev and Zverev because they are Russian to and they beat them regularly. Ok Zverev play for Germany, but that doesn't take his Russian DNA.
Jelena Osta-pancakes. The woman that looks so much like a sulking five year old, they made her play last season in what can only be described as a series of children’s birthday party dresses.
@@tqsuited The main thing that people know about her is that she has wildly fluctuating form, either plays lights-out brilliant or complete trash from one tournament/match to another. She’s possibly the most inconsistent top level player in the game! She’d easily be contesting majors all the time if she played the way she’s capable of playing all the time. As it is, she’s made a single slam semi final and two quarters in the nearly 7 years since winning the French Open. I can’t help but thinking her patchy form and her appalling temperament are related.
he began kicking the signage and from memory, the security guards came quickly onto the court. they were a infamous couple on the tour, especially in this period.
Frankly the majority of WTA "handshakes" are worse than half of the men in this video. There's a difference between a lukewarm handshake after massive disappointment and one that is actively disrespectful.
It's like when you're about to do the dishes and your mom tells you to do the dishes and now you don't want to do the dishes anymore. I want to pay my final respects to my opponent who won over me, they over-celebrate, and now I don't want to pay respects anymore. I think that's what's happening to some of these captures. Great content as always!
There’s this video i can’t find anymore it seems to have disappeared from the internet where he accidentally throws his racket towards a crowd of people and instead of laughing it off and apologising he just walks towards them and picks it up with a stone cold expressionless face. He’s so bloody weird
Well, some of the handshakes didn't seem that bad. Although the younger players now like Alcaraz and Sinner give a hug and have a little chat at the net, and their reaction is the same whether they win or lose, so I guess we've got used to seeing that. I saw a video recently where Alcaraz lost to Sinner, and in his interview at the end, he said some really nice things about him and wished him luck for the year. Lovely to see such good sportsmanship from the younger generation of players ❤
@@CopR8r BS, Wawrinka never had beef with any other player than Rune in his whole career. The guy is 39 years old, should you tell something about Rune and not Wawrinka.
isner vs verdasco in acapulco 2022 should also be mentioned. Verdasco didnt even bother to shake isners hand and just tapped the racket, and nothing even spicy happened in that match.
In this particular situation, Wawrinka was offering guidance to Rune from his experienced perspective. It is important to note that Wawrinka's intention was not to create an issue, but rather to provide mentorship.
@@joelmvdqpbut at the net when Rune is trying to celbrate a hard-fought win (against someone he probably looked up to) is definitely not the right time for a "lesson". At least congratulate him...
I was shocked when many people praised Wawrinka for what he did at the end of that match. I will always be a fan of his tennis, but that doesn't excuse him of all wrongdoings. If he wanted to "give guidance" or "friendly advice" he could have done so at another time. This is just a spiteful sore loser comment. Nothing more, nothing less.
wawrinka lit a fire in Rune with those comments in Paris. After that, 5 straight top 10 wins culminating with Djokovic in the final in an EPIC. What Rune did in Indian wells was kinda unnecessary...
Where’s Roger F vs T Henman handshake in Wimbledon? That was the worst handshake in history of tennis, Roger was not so nice back then but he is always protected 👎
Federer used to throw alot of tantrums in his past during matches when he was very young, this is true. He has said in interviews his coach Peter Carter taught him "if you want to win alot of grandslams dont have this stupid mentality and channel your fustration by playing better" Then his coach died in a car accident and Federer then became an elegant, gentleman, Maestro of Tennis
Because Moutet is a clown every time he plays, and he deserved that in my opinion. I think there’s a video explaining the whole rivalry between these two.
so for new tennis fans - there is tsitsipas and medvedv who hate each other since one incident - and then there is zverev who hates both at the same time haha
Im with Tiafoe here… bcs what happened during the match it was unbelievable, how the organise was agains him… I understand that mussetti is Italian, but it was tooo much
it happens everywhere dude, tennis players know that the crowd is biased toward the home hero. And if anything it's not Musetti's fault, Tiafoe is a kid
I know nobody agrees with me but Rune was totally valid for what he said haha. Stan gave him snarky remarks after a match he lost that was completely unnecessary and then when stan wins he just pretends like he is taking the high road all of a sudden? Bold from Rune! Earned a fan that day
2:21 - it was just a quick handshake. :) ;) Schnyder really has some attitude/problem xD. BTW - it was fully justifiable that Nole wasn't very pleased how Norrie behaved towards Nole in the match. He behaved at the end even too good to Norrie after Norrie hit Nole where he had a full court empty and Nole had his back to him.
Not sure what do you expect? Ought players hug and kiss after the game? 1 ok 2 bit awkward, loser didn't shake umpires hand 3 ok 4 ok 5 no handshake but opponent gets warning 6 ok 7 - 8 ok 9 players start fight after handshake 10 no handshake 11 ok 12 & 13 handshake with trash talk 14 no handshake 15 ok 16 handshake and trash talk
@@dario.03 tiafoe ha fatto una semifinale slam all'open degli stati uniti nel 2022, non mi sembra che musetti sia mai arrivato così lontano in uno slam
As we know, sporting events often foster a dynamic atmosphere, heavily influenced by the local crowd and cultural nuances. Tiafoe displayed some discourtesy towards Musetti by offering a brief and seemingly weak handshake. While it is important to acknowledge personal feelings and frustrations in such moments, it is equally vital to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards your opponent.
