@@billkallas1762 you mean billyl clubs? ..idk how old you are however ever since the Rodney King incident they were phased out of usage in America police department.
@@CrumbMonsterexactly, his administration started this problem, when they closed there was not enough support services and thing began to go down hill, and now hard designer drugs like fentanyl are only making it worse...
WTF are cops waiting for? This is so annoying. We have to put up with this crap, and then they come, and call for 5X baclup, and the Fire Department, and then stand around for a few hours. I know we don't want to hurt anybody, but this is fairly chickenshit. No wonder these people think they own the place. THEY DO.
And all these tourists walk by, totally oblivious to the psychopath standing between them and the police. What kind of parent would even bring their children down to that mental hell hole?
@@JayBirdGuitarsI go to Santa Monica; it’s not awesome. Not even close. There’s craziness everywhere. It’s either over priced shops that treat people rude, or dealing with people just like this. I live less than two hours from here, when I go, I dress homeless just so homeless let me walk the beach in peace. You must be on medication not to see this? Oh now I get it… your one of the crizies
To all the big tough guys out there wanting the cops to beat the crap out of the black man, this guy served 2 combat tours in Iraq and has severe ptsd. He’s taking medication but sometimes he screws up his doses. He’s a good guy when his meds are right. War is hell and here’s exhibit A of what it does to the human mind
Useless law enforcers here in Los Angeles. Been taking the Metro for 4 years now and i haven`t seen one police officer ever in the trains, while it`s a terror show on every ride. Last month a family man got murdered by multiple individuals with gun shots to his head at one of the stations. What a disgrace.
I am 71 and reside in the highly regressive region of northern CA. At my residence, there would be nothing that could be described as a standoff between such an individual and ourselves, us being up in age. He would not age further. We do not care about Gavin's sycophants.
Californians need to unite or government will continue to pilfer California, fooling everyone to believe the people don’t have the power ….. CALIFORNIANS HAVE THE POWER NOT GOVERNMENT !!!!
Who's in charge here anyway, the cops, or the homeless Haitian refugee receiving public assistance i.e. food stamps, monthly checks, etc. I don't mean to use forbidden words, but to me, it looks like he can work.
Mental Illness. Agressive and verbally abusive. 1) Disturbing the Peace > taser/ cuff/transport for evaluation appraisal : sits in a room and answers 10 questions by a psychologist. Request a blood sample to determine toxicity of blood. Establish I.D./ check visa/ any outstanding warrants etc.
I know the cops there have a tough job because of the local politics being such a joke. The one is waving off the people with cameras to back up and then lets like a 8 year old kid walk right next to the "burden". Take the dang hand cuffs off of these officers, already. Good grief. And then he walks off and vanishes like a fart in the wind.
This has nothing to do with their sex. It has everything to do with liberal policies stripping police of any power to actually DO anything. They can't even arrest people now because the perps will be out in 20 min.
@@shaybeebe4730Police have their hands tied now, thanks to ridiculous liberal policies. Those same policies are a big part of why we have so many homeless people here in the first place. Dumb voters.
In my view, it's the D.A.'s and judges who are more concerned with the rights of the drug addicts and the mentally impaired vs the right of Citizens. In Burlington, Vermont, same problem, the D.A. has a thing about not requiring bail even for repeat offenders! I understand there can be a lack of jail housing and a lack of court officers to handle all the mayhem, but just in the last week in Burlington, an Officer got punched in the head and had to be taken to Hospital with possible TBI ! Inflicted by a multi time offender. It's just unacceptable, especially in jurisdictions where they also are against people defending themselves, utter insanity if you ask me.
@@SACIII123 Yes. Showing off how much more tolerant, patient and “compassionate” they are compared to other cities. That just rolled out the welcome mat to the homeless, criminal, druggie, alcoholic and lunatic. Now they want something done about them, but, as “good” liberals, they still want to shackle the police, so nothing gets done. Liberalism on display everyday for the public to see.
The mayor of La need to get a handle on this problem on the beach this is why people do not want to venture to that Beach Hancock the cops the police so they can't do their job and you let homeless people run wild down on the beach you can't go to the bathroom because they're always in there when will the madness end mayor😡
All that just to see him wandering away to cause a scene elsewhere, let the cops have their balls back please, obviously this is their orders to allow this nonsense
Im in canada and i can assure you that guy would have been licking pavement in the first 5 min all those people around ,hes a danger to the public..5 cops just acting like his security team...shamefull
I'm shocked by how naive some of the people are who walked right in front of this dude, some with kids. He had already hit a baby stroller when he kicked a bottle of orange juice.
He needs to be introduced to a Belgian Malinois for a little on-the-job training. Cops are just doing their jobs, if they like it or not. That LAFD truck looks pretty sharp.
5 LAPD Ofcrs and including 1 useless sgt 2 did nothing for 30 minutes while how many radio calls were going unanswered for service? My old dept is a pathetic joke now. Ask them, tell them, make them! It’s really that simple. I used to deal with 5150/1942 transients all the time. Instant compliance or it’s off to jail! No RFC’s no warnings, no begging. If they needed help, we got them help. Most of the time they didn’t want it. Most of the time they are anti social choose that life style and have pages upon pages of criminal histories! So glad I left LA when I did! It’s a third world city now!
This reminded me a lot of watching Zoo Keepers move an aggressive elephant from one enclosure to another. Hours of patience and a hundred thousand dollars worth of bodies. But there is no 4 ton elephant here, so wtf? Hey, if this is how they do it in Venice, who am I to complain. Maybe they can give the guy a participation trophy or something, and yeah, ribbons for the cops too.
@@WullBinkle as they should, they were hired because they were qualified and the world no longer feels the need to whitewash reality and the truth. What a wonderful world we are today.😊🔥🔥🔥🔥 Freedom 💙
The Santa Monica police department.Their policies are horrible, totally inefficient. It's only gonna get worse. It's gonna take the military to clean up this mess. And that's never gonna happen
It just takes a new mayor and a new district attorney. Police are told to look the other way unless it’s extreme assault. They don’t need the military. They just need the police to be able to do their job which is being stymied by mayor and that ridiculous district attorney Gascon.
Piękna plaża , pogoda jak marzenie , ale problem Ameryki z bezdomnymi ogromny . Pajac poszedl gdzie indziej zrobić taki sam bałagan , puszczenie go wolno to błąd,jest niebezpieczny, agresywny. Widać nie mają pomysłu na takich artystów. Dzięki Fabian za relację, zrobiłeś dobrą robotę. My w Polsce tego problemu nie znamy, na szczęście. Pozdrawiam🇵🇱🙋♀️
I live in a small town in East Tennessee, and we are having a serious problem with homelessness. Some of them can become quite violent and aggressive. Most of them are drug addicts, and or mentally disturbed they need treatment. It was a mistake for the government to shut down the mental health facilities, where these people need to be kept.
The concierge at the Chateau Marmont misled him when they said he couldn't check in until 3pm, and the limo driver lost him in Venice beach. The so-called aggressive homeless man was disoriented. It's all just a misunderstanding. He did get checked in and is now lounging by the pool noshing on gulf shrimp and enjoying a 2011 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay at $500 a bottle.
