Tension as Pokot Leaders condemn shooting and killings of livestock in Kainuk 

The shooting and killing of more than 200 cattle at Kainuk area on Friday in the ongoing security operation has sparked tension along the West Pokot and Turkana border Counties.
The cattle from Masol area in West Pokot County were shot and killed by security officers while grazing in Kadeng’oi,Kaakong and Lotapat villages along the Turkwel River in the neighboring Turkana County.
