Stand strong and fight for your land 💪cos you have all the documents, we went through the same 10 yrs ago and our property was destroyed but to our surprise the goons and kasarani police were together and were to share the money after selling our land, they had found a buyer who lived London but we fought hard. They brought mungiki to secure the land and we hired many masai guys to protect day and night. We prayed 🙏 and fasted cos we knew that only God was on our side and hired a lawyer and surely God fought for us, stand strong and rely on God who fights for truth and justice

The problem is that in Kenya there are many illegal land sales. Title deed is a piece of paper. My understanding is that for a sale to be legal and authentic all the family members of the seller party have to consent and authorize. This is what many Kenyans do not know.

So true if you inherit land or property, never buy or sell without the consent of all parties involved.If buying ask if it is inheritance or you bought the property yourself.If inheritance,inisist on following up with the neighbours on other family members and your intention.The neighbours will let you know of any squabbles around the property.Children should also understand,their parents have the right to offset their properties if need be without the consent of kids,Some children will raise issues on properties they never worked for that their parents disposed off willingly.

These guys are well known to cops. They have been this at Thome for years, they target old people and those that leave their land for a period of time. Tell your parents to investigate at the lands court. Those guys have taken a case there and gotten a court oder. Kimbei huko. Mfunge hiyo tap before they go any farther. They will have made a fake title from lands and claimed they were kicked out of the shamba..run to the lands court huko ndo wamepakana mafuta. This is very common in Karen, thome, Parklands

Kasarani Police there are some good police but some like the kasarani dci they are easily swayed with a little kickback. That's why we have all these issues with that station.

This property belongs to this family by law! There’s what is known as ADVERSE POSSESSION, meaning the land belongs to whoever has been in this land undisturbed for over 12 years, undisturbed! The best thing is not to go to DCI nor Police anymore, get a good lawyer and go straight to the court.

The ministry of lands under Farida Karoney had in 2021, announced a mass verification of Nairobi block 110 title deeds owing to the rampancy of fraudulent activities tied to the area. Thome Farmers co. appears to have put a lot of land owners in a mucky situation and this is just but one of many other cases associated with the aforementioned company. The current CS should look into this matter and deal with the mess once and for all.

The culpriit is similar to that auctioneer who illegally destroyed the Asian's home in Westlands thinking that "hustler government" means you are permitted to grab other people's land. He now faces a nice many years behind bars. Make sure you get them on camera and if your documents are available, those goons plus the rogue police aiding them will soon be nehind bars.

I empathize with the unfortunate circumstances that this family is experiencing. Regrettably, in Kenya, the determining factor is not a matter of morality or correctness, but rather the individual with the greatest financial resources. I am know some families whose land has been expropriated by affluent individuals. You only need to offer incentives to officials, including local government bodies, courts, etc. Some individuals involved in this activity are greedy Kenyan nationals, while others are foreigners, including some of my own people, i am sorry to say.

This is a very dangerous trend and if the government is not careful this could easily finish them. I do not know what Kindiki and his Police commissioner counterpart are doing. This is totally unacceptable and must be stopped and the senior police officers fired and prosecuted immediately. There is a similar case near Windsor hotel where private land has been grabbed the same way and subdivided and sold. The court orders mean nothing and the police are the ones protecting the goons.
