Tent Camping in a Valley | Living in the Forest for 2 Days 

A ton of people have been requesting that I start posting my camping trips, and I usually only post stealth camping videos, so this is my first attempt at a camping vlog. Because build videos take a long time, camping vlogs might be a good way to get extra content onto my channel in between huge build videos. Let me know what you think of this one

FYI Black bears are really, really active right now. Early melt this spring means they woke up early, and they've already eaten most of the dandilions (usually their first meal) but there won't be any blueberries for at least a month. They're hungry, and will scavenge for food from campsites. A good SOP is to try to put your food cooler in a tree at least 50m from your camp and 15 feet off the ground. Also, that burnt food in your fire pit will also bring them around. Have fun and be (bear) safe!

I am at work but so so excited to watch this on my break. I just bought a travel trailer and am renovating it now. Going to live in it while I save for land or a home. Really liking your truck set up .... As a British Columbian definitely my preferred way of camping, couple things though and please don't take offence .... Pull your truck off the middle of the road, don't know how busy your FSRs get but not good to leave a vehicle in the middle of the road. Lastly ... Your fire pit dig it out, reline it with your rocks then build your fire ... Your marshmallows will toast better and you are awesome for keeping the wilderness clean.

Ya, you failed lol. I normally write a list for camping. Love your setup on your truck!!! Never ever leave your shoes outside your tent. Buy some shower caps and put your shoes in each one so its not making your inside tent dirty.

Yep, I like both. Isn't the point of the builds to be able to do stuff like this?? Helps inspire us who are struggling to find motivation to slog through our rebuilds to get moving. (Not all of us are as talented as you😆).plus its winter for me and I hibernate at the best of times! The last two summers were pretty hellscape for us Aussies- 2019/20 fires then straight into covid lock down then 2020/21 summer la Niña (crappy cold and wet summer). Really hard to get enthused about tackling my 15ft 1977 York caravan project after my car died last year too, as my cheap makedo car can't tow it. Ah well at least I get to enjoy other peoples builds and camping!!!
